James Harvest & Co products purchased online can be submitted for warranty review at the original point of purchase within 1 year from the date of purchase.

For warranty related issues on items purchased directly from www.jamesharvestco.com , please contact James Harvest & Co at returns@jamesharvestco.com and provide pictures of the item to be warrantied, a brief description of the issue and copy of the original receipt. Please do not send damaged or defective items back to James Harvest & Co. Approval of all warranty issues are at the discretion of customer service for James Harvest & Co.

Defective items that fall under James Harvest & Co's warranty policy will be replaced with the same item free of charge, if that item is no longer available, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item or will offer you a credit of same value towards another item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

SHIPPING

​Our office hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM EST Monday-Friday. Orders are processed for shipping within 72 business hours of order entry. We try our best to be faster, but during peak times this is our goal.

Flat-rate ground shipping of $14.99 per order. Shipping is between 3-9 business days depending on final destination.

Orders over $100.00, before taxes, receive free ground shipping.

RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE AT [www.jamesharvestco.com]

At James Harvest & Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and we believe in customer satisfaction and accept returns within thirty (30) days of original purchase.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags attached. The return request must be processed. If the product has been used the return will not be accepted.

An approved return will be fully refunded, excluding the original shipping cost.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color or style please return your order as described below and place a new order for the correct item.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be processed and refunded as quickly as possible against the payment method used when initially placing the order.
